A Classroom is a digital learning space where teachers can organize students and share learning materials in QuizRise.
Each classroom has its own Teachers, Students, and learning materials. Materials can include quizzes, flashcards, summaries, and other study content created by the classroom owner or teachers.
In teacher-managed classrooms, the classroom Owner and invited Teachers can create, edit, and share materials. Invited Students can access the materials shared with them, answer quizzes, review flashcards, and study from the available content.
Each classroom works independently. This makes it easier to manage different courses, sections, programs, or student groups without mixing people, invitations, or materials.
After you understand the classroom model, you can use the Classroom Switcher and create classrooms or invite students and teachers to a classroom.
How schools can use classrooms
Schools can create separate classrooms for each class, section, department, course, or program. Each classroom can have its own invited teachers, students, and learning materials.
This helps schools keep groups organized and manage each learning environment independently.
How teachers can use classrooms
Teachers can use a classroom to share course materials, create study content, invite students, and manage everything from one place.
A teacher can also be part of multiple classrooms at the same time. For example, a teacher can manage separate classrooms for Mathematics, Biology, and English, or separate level groups such as Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
How students can use classrooms
Students can join classrooms they are invited to and access materials shared by their teachers. They can answer quizzes, study with flashcards, and use other learning content available in that classroom.
Students can belong to more than one classroom at the same time.
Students can also create classrooms for their own personal study organization. In a classroom they create themselves, they are the Owner of that personal study space. In a classroom they join by invitation as a Student, their access is focused on studying the materials shared by the classroom teachers.
Using multiple classrooms in one school or program
An organization can use multiple classrooms, subject to its plan limits. For example, each branch, course, department, or program can have its own classroom.
Because every classroom works independently, teachers, students, invitations, and learning materials stay separated and easier to manage.
