The Pending Invitations section shows classroom invitations that have been sent but not accepted yet.
In this section, you can see the invited user’s email address, role, and invitation status. Pending invitations can be copied, resent, or canceled. Expired invitations can be resent.
When a user accepts the invitation, the invitation is removed from Pending Invitations and the user appears in Members.
Pending and Expired statuses
Classroom invitations can have different statuses.
Pending means the invitation was sent successfully, but the user has not accepted it yet.
After the user accepts the invitation, they are added to Members.
Expired means the invitation is no longer valid. The user cannot use it to join the classroom unless a classroom teacher sends it again.
Copy Invite Link
Copy Invite Link copies a pending classroom invitation URL to your clipboard.
You can share this link with the invited user through email, a messaging app, or another communication channel.
The link is valid only for the email address that received the invitation.
Send Again
Send Again resends a pending or expired classroom invitation to the same email address.
Use this if the user did not receive the invitation email, deleted it, or missed it.
After the invitation is sent again, the user can accept it from the same invited email address to join the classroom.
Cancel Invitation
Cancel Invitation cancels a pending invitation that has not been accepted yet.
After an invitation is canceled, the user cannot join the classroom from that invitation link.
Use this when the invitation was sent to the wrong email address or when the invitation should no longer be valid.
You can send a new invitation later if needed.
Resend an expired invitation
When an invitation is Expired, the user cannot use it to join the classroom.
If you select Send Again, QuizRise sends the invitation to the same email address again and refreshes the invitation so it can be accepted.
The user must accept the resent invitation from the invited email address to join the classroom.
