When a user opens a classroom invitation link, QuizRise shows the classroom invitation page.
If the user is already signed in with the email address that received the invitation, they can click Join Classroom to accept it.
If the user is not signed in, they can choose Log in and join to sign in with the invited email address, or Create account and join to create a new QuizRise account using the invited email address.
After the invitation is accepted, QuizRise adds the user to the classroom automatically.
Teachers who send invitations can review them from Manage pending classroom invitations.
What a student sees after joining
Students do not lose access to their existing classrooms. They can belong to multiple classrooms at the same time and use the Classroom Switcher in the upper-left area of the sidebar to move between them.
Invited Students can view the quizzes, flashcards, summaries, and other learning materials shared by the classroom Owner or Teachers.
The materials and practice modes a student can access depend on the teacher’s classroom sharing settings.

What a teacher sees after joining
Invited Teachers can view classroom learning materials, edit existing materials, and create new quizzes, flashcards, summaries, and other study content.
Invited Teachers can also manage classroom members and invitations. Organization-level settings, such as classroom or organization name changes, remain controlled by the organization owner.

What happens if the user signs in with the wrong account?
Classroom invitations are tied to a specific email address.
If the invitation link is opened with a different QuizRise account, the invitation cannot be accepted and the user will not join the classroom.
To join the classroom, the user must sign in with the same email address that received the invitation or create a new QuizRise account with that email address.
What does Already Joined mean?
Already Joined means the invited user has already joined that classroom.
The user does not need to accept the invitation again. They can open QuizRise and select the classroom from the Classroom Switcher to access the shared materials.
What if the invitation is expired or invalid?
An expired or invalid invitation link cannot be used to join the classroom.
Ask a classroom teacher to send a new invitation. The user must accept the new invitation from the email address it was sent to.
What if the classroom is full?
If the organization has reached its student or teacher seat limit, the invitation cannot be accepted until capacity is available.
Ask the classroom teacher or owner to free a seat or upgrade the plan, then try the invitation again.
